1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Catch Watch ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Catch Watch is a market intelligence platform for the luxury watch industry. The Service aggregates publicly shared listing messages from WhatsApp trading groups, parses them using AI, and presents them as structured, searchable listings. Catch Watch does not buy, sell, broker, or facilitate transactions of any kind. The Service is an information aggregation tool only — it is not a marketplace, escrow service, or intermediary.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide a valid email address for verification.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service beyond normal use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Harass, spam, or contact traders listed on the platform in an abusive manner.
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit data obtained from the Service without permission.

6. Listing Data & Accuracy

Listings displayed on the Service are parsed from third-party WhatsApp group messages using AI. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing, price, contact information, or other data. Listings do not constitute offers to buy or sell. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.

Listing data — including trader phone numbers, prices, and watch descriptions — originates from messages posted in WhatsApp groups. This data is not submitted by platform users and is not verified by Catch Watch. We make no representations about the identity, reliability, or legitimacy of any trader whose information appears on the Service.

7. Contact Information & User Conduct

The Service may display contact details (such as phone numbers) extracted from group messages. This information is provided solely to help you identify listing sources. By using the Service, you agree that:

• You will only use contact information for legitimate, good-faith inquiries related to watch trading.
• You will not use contact information for spam, harassment, unsolicited marketing, or any unlawful purpose.
• You are solely responsible for any interaction, negotiation, or transaction you initiate with a trader. Catch Watch is not a party to and bears no responsibility for such interactions.
• You assume all risk associated with contacting traders or acting on listing data, including the risk of fraud, misrepresentation, or financial loss.

8. No Financial or Trading Advice

The Service provides market data for informational purposes only. Nothing on Catch Watch constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Any decisions you make based on data from the Service are at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, code, and branding are the property of Catch Watch. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any data displayed will be accurate or current.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Catch Watch and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Any listing data, contact information, or pricing displayed on the Service.
• Any transaction, interaction, or communication between you and any third party (including traders whose information appears on the Service).
• Any financial loss, fraud, or misrepresentation encountered through contacts found on the Service.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to Catch Watch in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is less.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Catch Watch and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service or any data obtained from it.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your interactions with any trader or third party contacted through information found on the Service.
• Any content you submit to the Service.

13. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

14. Premium Access & Pricing

Catch Watch may offer free trials or paid premium features. We reserve the right to change pricing, features, or access levels at any time. Free trial periods may be revoked or modified at our discretion.

15. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6 through 12 (data disclaimers, user conduct, limitation of liability, and indemnification) survive termination.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong"), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Catch Watch regarding your use of the Service, and supersede any prior agreements.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.
